Thomas Küsters is Managing Partner of Otto • Henning&Company.

Thomas Küsters studied Economics at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster.

During his time with Gemini Consulting (1994 - 2000), he was responsible for global Customer Management and the e-Business Unit at locations in Bad Homburg, Paris, Milan, Johannesburg and Warsaw.

Since 2000, he has worked together with Dr. Henning in steering the successful development of their own unaffiliated and independent Top-Management Consulting.

Since 12 years, this Top-Management-Consulting has experienced continuous growth and market success, and has borne the name Otto • Henning&Company since 2002.

He mostly likes to spend his free time with his family and also enjoys playing sports such as hockey and golf.
