Analysis: We analyze the client’s current business situation using methods specifically designed to the target-group; methods that have proven themselves in numerous projects for our clients. Additionally, we enter into an open and honest dialogue with our client and thus create a foundation for collaboration in an atmosphere of mutual trust.  In our results, we present a holistic description of the actual situation to the leading management executives and thereby create a basis for planning the processes of change with lasting effect.

Design: Building on our detailed analysis, we produce a foundation for planning extensive and effective optimization measures. In this matter, we focus on the realistic assessment of time and resources available, as well as a clear overview of the benefits that the client can achieve through the project.  We design comprehensive, workable solutions for all business related matters. This includes, among other factors, the formulation of strategies, organizational design, as well as the development of integrated, holistic process and system concepts. As a result a detailed picture of the new alignment as a basis for the upcoming implementation will arise.
